Step 2: Identify Offset Income

Step 3: Inflate Your Target Expense

Calculate how many years you have until retirement. Apply the inflation rate to your Net Monthly Income Need. If you need $3,000/month today and retire in 15 years with 3% inflation, your inflated monthly need at retirement will be:

How We Closed My Parents’ $400,000 Retirement Gap
